Saturday, March 30 was Miller’s Senior Living Community’s annual Easter Egg Hunt for area children. Cookies and lemonade were served as children had their pictures taken with the Easter Bunny.
After refreshments and pictures, the kids went outside to find eggs filled with candy and money. Each of the two age groups had a golden egg which earned the finder a special prize. Tiffany Bell,4, found the golden egg for the 1—5 year group and won a new bicycle. Luke Bennett, 8, won a new scooter when he found the golden egg for the 6—9 year group.
The Easter Bunny (a.k.a. employee Cheryl Cox) brought smiles to all the kids.
