The Plymouth Home, located in Marshall County Indiana, was originally built in 1969 and has had several expansions and renovations over the years. The facility is licensed for 135 beds, which includes 16 private rehabilitation suites. In 2003, Miller's Senior Living Community built 52 Assisted Living Apartments onto the campus, offering both 1-bedroom and studio apartment accommodations.
