Congratulations to TEAM Miller’s in Garrett, Indiana for achieving another deficiency free survey from the Indiana State Department of Health!! What a tremendous accomplishment. By achieving their second straight deficiency free survey in December of 2011; (they also achieved one in 2010) the staff has achieved something very special.
